Weekly Round Up

This was an exciting week for the wedding industry, and a certain thrill for a lucky few. The Australian Bridal Industry Association Award Queensland Finals were announced, and we are pleased to report of the many Sunshine Coast wedding professionals nominated, there were a number of first, second and third place winners, who are part of our family here at The Bride's Tree.

Congratulations to Rolling Scissors and Hair by Nicola, who share the honour of winning first place in the Hairdresser category. Also to second place winners, Allure Hair and Beauty in the Beauty Therapy category, and Parasols of Love in the Bridal Accessories. And finally, we offer our sincere congratulations to Emma Nayler Photographer, who took out third place in the photographers category.

Just in case you missed it…

We love starting the week with a real wedding like this Maroochy Waterfront restaurant one.

We learned an awful lot about vintage and retro bridal beauty.

A blossoming trend for grooms was uncovered on hump day.

On Thursday we showed you a selection of gorgeous decor items you could select for your boutique wedding gift registry.

The end of the week was a great time to talk about winter weddings and five reasons to consider one.

And yesterday we shared a stunning photo of the week
