This local couple wanted to be able to spontaneously visit the place where they were married, so having a Noosa wedding was a no-brainer.

In this Downton Abbey-esque inspiration shoot we've put a modern twist on a distinctly vintage style.

Guests came from all over Australia and New Zealand to join in Lauren and James' special day. There were lots of special moments, and a Haka was performed.

She wore boots. He wore pink socks. They spent a good part of the day showing off their well-honed Dirty Dancing-style lifts. This is the Sunshine Coast country wedding you wish you went to.

This handsome couple from Sydney came up to the Sunshine Coast to meet their wedding photographer, Alan Hughes Photography, and a holy gorgeous engagement photo shoot ensued. While they plan to marry in Yandina, their engagement session was held in Doonan, which, for those playing at home, is basically the country/inland part of Noosa.  Having the shoot before their wedding was all about discovering how Alan works in a way to make his subjects relax, enjoy and end up with beautiful pics to boot. I’d say mission accomplished. 

Exactly one year to the day after they became engaged, Renai and Paul married at Hidden Grove, and then 104 of their family and friends joined them for a reception at Noosa Boathouse Restaurant. The date they chose, also happened to be Renai’s Nan and late Pop’s 60th wedding anniversary.
