<p><em>Today we have a guest blogger in our midst. Personal Trainer Naomi Glover from <a href="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/supplier-directory/anytime-fitness" target="_blank">Anytime Fitness</a> shares some great reasons working out with your betrothed in the lead up to your wedding is a great idea! <p>There is a saying ‘couples that sweat together, stay together” and I do truly believe exercising together will improve your relationships health! I have put together five great reasons why you and your hubby to be should hit the gym together.</p>
<h2>1. Quality Time </h2>
<p>We all lead such busy lives and unfortunately sometimes our relationships suffer due to this. By working out together you will build a strong bond, and a strong body! </p>
<p><a href="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3118.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-38011" src="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3118.jpg" alt="Terri Hanlon Photography" width="650" height="977" /></a></p>
<p><a href="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3115.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-38010" src="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3115.jpg" alt="Terri Hanlon Photography" width="650" height="432" /></a></p>
<h2>2. Accountability </h2>
<p>Training with your groom will keep you so much more accountable to your workouts. It will mean you will both be more likely to turn up to that 6am workout and also shows you care by doing so. You don’t want to let each other down! </p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-38013" src="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3068.jpg" alt="Terri Hanlon Photography" width="650" height="432" /></p>
<p><a href="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3075.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-38012" src="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3075.jpg" alt="Terri Hanlon Photography" width="650" height="432" /></a></p>
<h2>3. Team Building </h2>
<p>As a couple you often face all life’s challenges as a team. Your workouts are no different. Your workouts can be built on teamwork. Working together you will build a strong connection.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3101.jpg"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-38007" src="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3101.jpg" alt="Terri Hanlon Photography" width="650" height="432" /></a></p>
<h2>4. Endorphins </h2>
<p>Studies have shown that the feelgood endorphins released during exercise can have a positive effect on your libido. Enough said!</p>
<p><a href="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3105.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-38009" src="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/THP3105.jpg" alt="Terri Hanlon Photography" width="650" height="432" /></a></p>
<h2>5. Less Stress, More Rest &amp; Be Happier </h2>
<p>Exercise helps with all three aspects and these are also linked in with the release of endorphins. By doing your training together it will boost your energy and make you feel happy. Use exercise to de-stress together, and with increased exercise it will help you both sleep better at night. </p>
<p>What better reasons to lace up your runners, grab your partner and get exercising! You might just be the fittest, strongest and happiest bride and groom around! </p>
<p><em><a href="https://www.thebridestree.com.au/supplier-directory/anytime-fitness" target="_blank">Anytime Fitness </a>offer fantastic 12-week bridal packages across all of their Sunshine Coast gyms in Currimundi, Buderim, Noosa, Nambour, Caboolture and Maroochydore. The packages are great value, and have options for brides or couples wanting to hit the gym to get fit before the big day. </em></p>
