Rachael and Ryan were married in Maleny at the multiple award-winning wedding venue, Maleny Manor. Ben Amos from Innovate Media was there to capture all of the special moments on film. Wedding Film: Lauren and Matt at Noosa Waterfront

We adore this gorgeous couple! Lauren and Matt were married at Chaplin Park in Noosaville, and their beautiful wedding ceremony was filled with love and laughs and pure joy as you will see from this wedding highlights film by Sunshine Coast wedding cinematographer, Innovate Media. Their reception with all it’s oh-so-sweet styling was held at the stunning Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar, located right next door.

Just have a listen to their super cute vows, where gorgeous Lauren promises Matt she will expand her culinary skills to more than just cobb loaf and mashed potato, amongst other things. Love it! The highlight of this – erm, highlights film is the bride’s stunning dress! It’s vintage meets modern at its very best, and the groom getting all choked up about it in his speech just melts your heart.

Behind the Scenes Styled Shoot Film

As you all undoubtedly know, we put out our latest free online magazine last week, which features a styled shoot we are going nuts for. Coconuts! Like on a tropical island, because this is as close to a tropical island wedding you can have here on the Sunshine Coast.

There are pineapples, cocktails, a beach campfire, bongos and a guitar in the sand, and a Kombi. Oh, did I mention it is also retro-themed like a 1960’s Hawaiain Beach Resort destination wedding? Yah-huh! I know, almost too much awesome!

We were lucky enough to have the amazing team from Jasper & Ruby Visions film the shoot for us, and create this funky film that shows just what it takes to create a styled shoot. Enjoy!

Our First Film

For the very first time, we included a film crew in one of the styled shoots published in our free online bridal magazine. The latest issue was released this week and included a most fabulous film of a most fabulous styled shoot, shot at farm wedding venue, Kenilworth Homestead.

It is all about the little details with a contemporary-meets-vintage country feel. Sunshine Coast wedding videographers, Jasper & Ruby Visions, were not lacking in pretty little things to point their cameras at. And we absolutely love what they have done with this film!

Take a peek at the film they put together that shows off all of the gorgeousness of the shoot as well as giving you a taste of the unique funky style of Jasper & Ruby Visions. It’s really unlike any other wedding cinematography we have seen, the story is captured really beautifully and set to an awesome piece of music.

We just adore this highlights wedding day film by Lumina Motion Pictures, so it's a great way to temporarily conclude our Film of the Week series. The wedding of Les and Sarina was a terribly emotional one. We have it on good authority that the beautiful speech you are about to hear from the groom had absolutely everybody (including the Lumina team!) in tears.

The amazing anniversary present Sarina gifted to her then fiance will just floor you, as it did Les. It's no wonder he and Sarina's entire family describe being blessed with her as "winning the lottery." How beautiful!

This wedding is just gorgeous. Les and Sarina sure know how to choose the best of the best. Not only did they choose awesome Sunshine Coast wedding cinematographers to capture every special moment of their wedding day, but they held their Sunshine Coast hinterland wedding at the stunning Weddings at Tiffany's. What's more, you might spy a familiar face in this film – it's none other than Bill Scurry, Marriage Celebrant! Always with that familiar friendly smile on his handsome face.

Theresa and Tui celebrated their powerful exchange of vows in the company of their closest friends and family with an intimate Maleny wedding in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The Little White Wedding Church, with its vintage charm and quaint romance was the perfect background for Theresa and Tiu to honour their love with a promise to spend forever with each other. Heart-warming speeches, happy tears, a beautiful bridal party, and lots of dancing made Theresa and Tui’s special day a memory that will cause their hearts to swell every time they think of it.

Our Film of the Week is by Sunshine Coast wedding cinematographer, Luke, of Playback Films. It's a beautiful highlights film of a wedding he filmed up in Port Douglas. It tells the very emotional story of Elvis and Shayna, who have written possibly the most beautiful personal vows we have heard, and had The Bride's Tree team watching with a glisten in our eyes indeed!

Elvis is a UFC champion fighter, but while he probably looks super tough in the ring, all we see here in this video is a beautiful man, who wears his heart on his sleeve. A big softie, really! His stunning bride, Shayna, clearly loves him to bits. We're so pleased we could share this beautifully filmed and edited piece with you.

Our third Film of the Week comes to us from Wild Bunch Weddings. The stand out for us in this film is the bride's absolutely amazing dress! My goodness, this is seriously one of the most amazingly gorgeous wedding gowns we have seen on a Sunshine Coast bride. Truly inspiring wedding fashion indeed.

Mieke and Brett were married at the gorgeous Maison la Plage Grove, Noosa. Their wedding ceremony was beautifully decorated by Love Bird Weddings, and they were fortunate enough to have stunning weather with beautiful sunset skies on the beach at Noosa.

Film of the Week

Why not? Such a simple phrase, and one that could be, (along with a group of well-meaning friends), the catalyst for many a young couple ending up right where Tom and Kelly now are.

Every bride I interview for our real wedding blog posts is asked how they met their husband, and I have to say it's my favourite part. It's what I ask first, and I absolutely thrill at hearing the stories of how two people, who came to love each other enough to want to be together forever and ever, first encountered one another.

This particular story really makes me smile. The bride and groom tell it so well. You can feel the initial excitement in their meeting, the renewed anticipation when they pursued one another again, and yet they don't gush, they are just honest, open and genuine. And then there's the bride's eloquent speech. I think it's absolutely gorgeous when a bride gives a speech at her wedding.

I really like these two people, and I've only known them for a few weeks via their highlights film and letters to their cinematographers, Richelle and Shane from Lumina Motion Pictures, based in Buderim right here on the Sunshine Coast. I've watched this wedding highlights film now many times, and I'm still loving it as much as the very first time.
