Good 2 Eat catering is Your local Sunshine Coast catering crew covering the Brisbane, Noosa and up to Gympie. We offer a full variety of month watering menu options. canapes, fork'n'talk, feast sharing platters and buffets all prepared in our commercial kitchen food truck, Herbie.

 

Herbie is an 8.8m, 1995 Mercedes school bus, which we commissioned into a full commercial kitchen containing state of the art equipment. We offer a wide range of affordable catering options - from  large weddings to smaller, more intimate backyard celebrations or wedding festivals.

 

All of our food is prepared by our professional chefs. We use the freshest local ingredients we source for our dishes and the result is food with the taste and banging flavour, that you’d expect to find only at your favourite restaurant.

 

Chef Simon has been in the industry as a young lad in a family business, my passion grew which led me to study to become a chef. I completed my apprenticeship at the Watermark Restaurant Balmoral Beach Sydney and The Menzies Hotel in Sydney. This took me on a journey of travelling around the world expanding my skills and building my passion. Developing my experience and enthusiasm from working in hatted restaurants in Sydney, 5-star hotels and 7-star cruise ships throughout the world as a Sous Chef & Head Chef, which also led me to dining with some of the best-named chefs in the industry.
