Nautical Wedding Stationery

For their upcoming wedding, Chloe and Joel commissioned Kerrie-anne Designs to custom design an invitation set that would lend itself to their dual theme. Rustic and nautical was the order of the day, so super clever and creative Kerrie-Anne set about creating this unique set, which includes the invitation itself, personalised name tags, map to the ceremony, and RSVP postcard.

With her design, Kerrie-anne had a stamp made, which she applied to transparent paper and fixed it to balsa wood. We absolutely adore the attention to detail and care put into every one of Kerrie-anne’s designs.

Kerrie-anne Designs has both custom design options and also an uber cute customisable off the shelf range perfect for your Sunshine Coast wedding.

All of the best wedding themes share something a little bit personal and special to the couple. Integrated cultures, loves and passions make for fantastic ways to show your guests why and how your personalities make you a great couple. You know, it's not just about the clothes you wear, the music that's played and the food that's served; a wedding people will talk about will be one where the love is felt by everyone.

That's why I really love when an effort is made in personal wedding theming from start to finish. And the start is not the moment you walk down the aisle, or the first champagne toast. It's when your guests receive their invitation in the mail. Custom-designed wedding invitations are a sure fire way to have your guests feeling like they're being invited to be a part of something exciting.

Kerrie-Anne Bennet is a graphic designer, who custom-designs wedding invitations for Sunshine Coast brides. Her speciality is in finding that something special that will help the couple to express their personalities and share with the invited wedding guests an impression of what's to come.

These gorgeous printed wedding invitations were designed for a lovely couple, Louise and Tim. Tim is Australian, and Louise is from South Africa. Their South African wedding had a vintage beach theme, and so this wedding stationery set was born. The wedding set included invitations, two information cards, name labels and a stamped muslin bag, all by Sunshine Coast wedding stationery designer, Kerrie-Anne Designs.

Who ever said wedding invitations had to be pretty and feminine and include swirls and lace? Who said they can't involve a dirty big Highland Cow? I don't know who. But I can tell you who said they can be unique and stylish and yes, feature a dirty big Highland Cow – Kerrie-Anne Bennett, that's who. This lady thinks outside the box to come up with super cool invitations for any style Sunshine Coast wedding.

This custom-designed vintage- inspired invitation by Sunshine Coast business, Kerrie-Anne Designs, was commissioned by a couple being married in the Gold Coast hinterland on Tamborine Mountain. Kerrie-Anne puts a lot of thought into each and every custom invitation she designs, working directly with each bride and groom to come up with the perfect concept for their wedding.

I have to say, I really do love Kerrie-Anne's work a lot, and I really love this gorgeous guy on the front! When I went to Edinburgh a couple of years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet one of these slobbery beasts, a strapping lad named Hamish. I've loved Highland Cows ever since. Just look at him – what's not to love!
