Drowning in a dreamy twilight, the horizon at Moffat Beach in Caloundra frames Dakota and Cohan, modelling an elegant contemporary winter wedding fashion in cool tones. 

Dakota wears “Candice”, beautifully structured bodice of lace with full sleeves finishing in French cuffs, skimming the body to a full cathedral length lace train. The front of the skirt features two silk chiffon geodes, creating romantic movement, while in the nude underlay of the bodice we find a cheeky keyhole design in the back. 

Cohan is dashing and different in his crisp white shirt under light blue suit with brown leather belt. For a winter wedding at the beach, this is a perfect colour palette, and some modern groom fashion we are so on board with. Both models dressed by When Freddie Met Lilly. 

As 20 degrees is a pretty cold day here on the Sunshine Coast, winter is actually an absolutely gorgeous time of year to be married on the beach. It certainly provides plenty of natural element inspiration for our creative friends in the industry, like Terri Hanlon Photography, who photographed this inspiration shoot. 

Soft glam in natural tones for a flattering gentle smokey eye that gives dimension to the eye with a graduating effect, teamed with intricately woven and braided asymmetrical hair style that has a hint of bohemia with pulled out pieces, while maintaining a contemporary glam feel. This look was designed and executed by The Beauty Case.
