Peregian Beach Rustic

This intimate, original wedding styled shoot was inspired by the colour palette the natural location provided, and stylists from Lovebird Weddings used rustic timbers and feature accents in champagne and gold for a touch of glamour.

After a ceremony on location at stunning Peregian Beach, the Dream Team set up a gorgeous reception at Pitchfork Restaurant nearby. Jodi McDonald Photography shot the whole thing on film, which let me tell you, is truly something else!

Beautiful one day, perfect the next Peregian Beach provided the backdrop for the ceremony set up. The focal point of the altar was a gorgeous rustic wooden canopy with floating muslin.

“Sweet Love” this way. Rustic signage points the way down the jute runner aisle, through the driftwood archway.

A unique registry table is this antique wooden school desk loveseat, natural with oodles of character – a sweet new find for Lovebird Weddings

Gold painted jars with crisp white florals notch up the elegance in this natural setting.

Pitchfork Restaurant was decked out in scrumptious style. The lone chandelier and the Turkish rug are two features, which create a sense of luxury. The long reception table is draped with a burlap table runner and seating is provided in rich dark oak bentwood chairs.

Each table setting features a place card secured to a pear or sprig of herbs and handwritten menu on kraft paper. Placed across the centre of the table, florals in rustic logs and test tubes add a unique element to the design. Taupe taper candles and eclectic tea lights add a soft romantic light and complement the florals.

Romantic floating lace surrounds the outdoor area of Pitchfork Restaurant, while a four-tier wedding cake perched atop rustic wooden cake stand, alongside a wine barrel table.

The decor at Pitchfork Restaurant, versatility in design and gourmet menu make it the perfect Peregian Beach wedding venue – relaxed, original, beautiful.
