Weekly Round Up

This weekend I am off to old Brisbane town for an event I have waited for all year long! I will be absorbing the knowledge of three of the most popular bloggers in the whole world for two full days at The Blogcademy. I can tell you right now, friends, I am most definitely going to be that geek in the front row, scribbling notes frantically and raising my hand, "Ooh, ooh ooh! Meeee!" every five minutes. Oh, those poor girls.

Just in case you missed it…

An intimate Noosa destination wedding for a UK couple at Little Cove

A Maleny wedding film that left us breathless

This one really made us smile – a stylin' Coolum Beach wedding

Anna Campbell's new Ivory Collection – to die for!

A whole gallery of Sunshine Coast marquee weddings!

The Bride's Tree Magazine – Out Now!

This week we also put out our latest free online bridal magazine, which features some seriously inspiring Sunshine Coast real weddings and styled shoots featuring the work of the best of the best. We have had a makeover this edition, so we're looking a bit extra pretty in the pages.

Local Wisdom

Shona Anderson – Your Wedding Celebrant

Best coffee shop: Edge Espresso Caloundra Esplanade

Best spot for being inspired: Ann Street Beach under the trees with my dog

Fave restaurant: Daisy’s Place

Best place for guaranteed fun: Jet Ski Mooloolaba Wharf or Big Kart Track

Where I always take visitors: Australia Zoo, Ettamogah Pub, The Wharf Mooloolaba & a seafood cruise

I always tell my couples: If you don’t have a wedding planner, try not to micro manage everything, delegate jobs to your bridal party and family. Remember you are marrying your best friend in the company of people who love you …. Enjoy it and don’t sweat the small stuff!
