The Sunshine Coast hinterland has a new barn wedding venue on a stunning property, where couples can design the wedding of their dreams. If creative freedom and complete flexibility is what you’re looking for in a wedding venue, then MALI Retreat is the place for you.
The sprawling property, owned by Lisa Curry and Mark Andrews, boasts an adorable barn ideal for setting up your reception, but also ample space for an outdoors celebration. The serene natural setting is private and peaceful, yet screams “wedding festival”!
Springtime vibes were on full show as a team of Sunshine Coast wedding pros got together to create something super special at MALI Retreat to showcase the new venue. Popping pinks, yellow and orange hues were used throughout for a seriously celebratory wedding colour palette, styled by Maple Weddings & Events.
The outdoor space was used to its full advantage with food supplied outdoors from That Pizza Guy Australia‘s super cool pizza van, while couple, Nyssa and Mitchum, took a post-ceremony spin in a helicopter from Oceanview Helicopters.
