Emma loves Tom | Woods + Beach Noosa Wedding

Hudson_0783Emma and Tom’s epic full-day wedding kicked off with all their guests being picked up in a bus, and transported to their morning ceremony at a private property.

Following their ceremony, the wedding party spent some time on site having photos together, and then met all their 80 guests at Rickys River Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Noosa. Tom’s family have been holidaying in Noosa for many years, so it’s the happy place they chose for their wedding destination.

After their lunchtime reception, everyone boarded the MV Catalina Noosa to cruise the Noosa River at sunset.

Sustainable Wedding Choices

We made our wedding as sustainable as possible. So rather than throw aways we designed beautiful animated illustrations and emailed our guests the wedding itinerary and table number before the event.

Why did you marry Tom?

Oh gosh. Many reasons. We balance each other beautifully and are each other’s best friend. We would do anything for one another.

Highest Wedding Planning Priorities

Good food for the reception – Rickys offered three options for each guests’ entree and main, and the guest got to pick. Tom wanted to be near water and I wanted to be among trees, so we split the ceremony and reception to carer to both

Biggest Challenge

How long the little DIY bits take to make.

Stand out Vendors

Our celebrant was incredible, and perfectly matched to us. Paula Maree Hair was a legend super easy going and catered to a brief and changing minds beautifully.

Advice for Future Brides

Enjoy the whole process and get organised early, so you don’t stress or get sick like many of my friends have.
