2025 has seen the return of the lavender wedding theme trend, and so it felt like the right time to create the wedding of my dreams that has been living rent free in my head for 15 years.
As a wedding blogger and magazine editor, I have had the delightful opportunity to create countless wedding photo shoots to bring ideas and inspiration to couples planning their weddings here on the Sunshine Coast, – and really anywhere! The styling and concepts found here can also be recreated far and wide.
This one, however, was super special. When people ask me what I would do for my own hypothetical wedding, I can hand-on-heart say it would be something quite like this. Romantic, dreamy, full of stunning flowers and flowing fabrics in a lavender colour palette with whispers of a wisteria feel.
