The Prettiest Expo Stand in all the Land!

I’m going to get a little bit smug here, I’m sorry, but it’s entirely called for. Because it is now widely known that The Bride’s Tree is the bearer of the prettiest expo stand in all the land. And this is where my smugness ends, because while I would love to take credit for it, the concepting and styling genius belongs entirely to Hayley Shum from Wholehearted Studio.

This time last year we launched our first ever expo stand at the It’s My Wedding expo, and exactly one year later, we have had a complete redesign by the same clever lass, who put together the first and we launched it on Sunday.

Last year our custom designed stand was a vintage blogger’s office, complete with typewriter (did you know they blogged on typewriters in the olden days?), and pretty vases of flowers and all kinds of knick-knacks. This year, Hayley went for a more simple, clean, contemporary look.

Hayley made use of the wooden laser cut sign we had (why wouldn’t you – it’s amazing), and our wooden click clack flooring (because the carpet in most venues don’t tend to go with our style and would ruin the aesthetic flow.)

Hayley then added a wooden easel housing a gold elaborate frame custom designed for our stand, and inside was our first ever magazine cover. Two bentwood chairs custom-painted in pale pink to match The Bride’s Tree’s funky, yet feminine look. And hello some mini lightbox awesomeness! All of Hayley’s props are available for hire.

Our backdrop this year is billowing white curtain, and atop our sign we have garlands of ivy, littered with pretty florals, put together by another of our faves, Ginger Lily & Rose Floral Studio.
