Natalie and Orren broke tradition in so many ways for their Cotton Tree wedding. They had a very non-traditional, yet ever-growing in popularity “first look”, whereby the bride and groom have a very private and intimate meeting prior to their ceremony. They also took their bridal party photos before the ceremony, forewent a theme, invited children, and provided a picnic for the guests upon arrival. We all know how beautiful Sunshine Coast weddings in natural locations can be. Spoiled for choice when it comes to ceremony locations, we are! One such gorgeous spot is a lovely central location with plenty of local charm. Cotton Tree park and jetties overlook the vast Maroochy River, so often found with glistening calm waters offset by pretty vibrant blue skies. The wonderful thing about having a 3:00pm beach wedding on the Sunshine Coast is that come sunset, you're in the throes of having your bridal party photos. There is just nothing more beautiful than a lovely loved up couple on their wedding day with a sunset backdrop. What a memory to have forever!
