We are lusting after today's Cake of the Week by Sunshine Coast wedding cake designers, Sweetheart Cake Designs. If the gorgeous Celeste Blue Vintage ruffle icing with peach-coloured sugar peony rose wasn’t delectable enough for you, you will positively drool over what’s inside… red velvet cake with white chocolate ganache filling! We have a brand new "of the week" for you today, my lovely Sunshine Coast brides! As our title here suggest, it's all about cakes for the next several Sundays. Ooh, delicious! Our very first wedding Cake of the Week is brought to us by Sunny Girl Cakes. The lovely Skye, Miss Sunny Girl herself, created this gorgeous blue and white tiered ruffle cake. The bride, Mindy, loved the effect the unstructured layers made, and we quite agree it looks incredible! Almost too good to eat! The top two tiers are white chocolate mud cake covered in white chocolate ganache…
