Your Wedding Details Sorted

If there is any time in your life when you want to be organised, it's now. Right now, while you are planning one of the biggest events of your life. Perhaps the biggest event of your life! Your Sunshine Coast wedding day absolutely must be planned to a tee. It's time to get your act together. I'm sorry, but it's true. Tough love on The Bride's Tree today!

Okay, so we are still the kind bloggers you have come to know and love, (you do love us, right? Right?), we have something to help you get organised fast. It's a magical little document we like to call My Wedding Details. But it's not mine, it's yours. Free to you, free to be customised to your requirements. This is just one of our brilliant printable planning tools that will save your life while you are planning your wedding. It allows you to record everything from your wedding dress fitting appointments to when your hire items will arrive and be collected, to the time your appetisers, mains and desserts will come out, and everything in-between!

Having all of these details in one convenient place is going to make your life a lot easier. Store these in a display folder or file all together, and whenever you need to recall a detail, it will be at the tip of your fingertips! Another great idea we recommend is to photocopy pages once you have filled in all the details and provide copies to all the relevant people, so there is no mistaking everyone is one the same page. Quite literally!

You can record all of your bridal party contact details and make a copy for each person, so everyone knows how to contact one another in the lead up to your wedding and on the day. That way if there is an urgent matter that needs attending to and you are unreachable, everyone will be able to call on the next port of call – your Chief Bridesmaid!

If you and your caterer both have a copy of this page, there will be no confusion as to when everything is meant to happen.

You're going to be so incredibly busy leading up to the wedding, so keeping a firm record of your appointment times will help you to make sure you get to all your fittings. There is also space to make note of any alterations discussed with your dressmaker.
