Earlier this week we hosted over 100 of our amazing wedding vendors at The Lakehouse for an end of year celebration. We are so lucky to have in our midst wedding professional of such a high calibre, who are not only super talented people, but valued friends. 

We have received many reports from party-goers that we put on the party of the year, which we could not have done without the hospitality of the crew from The Lakehouse – consumate professionals! As you can see, the venue was stunningly decorated in a Christmas theme. This is because we sneakily did a little styled shoot prior to the party! I will have it up on the blog very soon, my pretties, but until then here is a little sneak peek.

To keep your face looking fresh with out to much shine on the day, carry some tissues or blotting papers, to dab on the areas that become shiny, such at the forhead, nose and chin. Tissues actually do just the same job as blotting papers, so what ever suits.

I also recommend the bride to carry a powder compact to apply after blotting with tissues or blotting paper.
